Who we are

What we collect

• When you call or email us — your name, number, email, address and details of the job, so we can quote, book and carry out the work.
• When you visit the site — anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type). We use cookie-free analytics, so this can’t identify you.
• Server logs — our hosting provider briefly keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

The site has no contact forms, accounts or online payments.

Cookies and maps

This site doesn’t set tracking cookies. The Google Map on our contact section only loads if you click “Show map”. Once it loads, Google may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, carry out work you’ve asked for, and keep records we’re legally required to keep, such as invoices. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle the job and any aftercare. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Cypriot tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Call or email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
